Leila’s Sex Video Came From Dayan’s Phone – Aguirre

Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II said yesterday that the alleged sex video of Sen. Leila de Lima and her driver came from the latter's mobile phone. This statement came after he announced aborting plans to have the video played in the next House hearing on the reported drug trade in the New Bilibid Prison.

"An informant told me he watched it on Dayan's cellphone," said Aguirre. He also admitted of having seen the alleged De Lima video.

The official said there is a second video but that he has not seen it yet.

He stressed that they would no longer play the video at tomorrow's hearing of the committee on justice, however, they are going to present witnesses.

Aguirre said he would present at least 10 more witnesses in tomorrow's resumption of the justice committee inquiry.

He revealed that one witness would be Joenel Sanchez, a member of the Presidential Security Group (PSG) who was assigned to De Lima and supposedly acted as her bagman.

He said he has enough evidence to prove De Lima's connection to her former driver-bodyguard, who is suspected of collecting drug money for her.
