During the buy bust operation in Malate, exchanged of gun fires happened between the police and the two drug suspects, Alyas Greggy and Alyas Junior. The two is also included in the drug list.
Their bodies were found lying in the Aldecoa Steet. Alyas Greggy was dead on the spot before the Scene-of-the-Crime Operatives arrived but Alyas Junior suddenly moved. He went to a sitting position, raised his hands and asked for help.
The police went to him to recover the fire arms that was on his side before he was rushed to the hospital.
They found one .38 caliber and .22 caliber magnum and three sachets of shabu.
Cases were filed to Alyas Junior such as Dangerous Drugs Act, Illegal Possession of Firearms, Resisting Arrest and Assault upon a person in authority.
