According to Senator Leila De Lima the witnesses were blackmailed, threatened, intimated and tortured.
Herbert Collanggo (Colangco) is known for his music videos that went viral. So lieu to this, together with the other witnesses they dedicated a song solely for De Lima to let everyone know that the accusations are not true.
