Two Facebook Hotties were arrested for a charge of murder of a Barangay Chairman in Paco, Manila, on September 21, 2016.
Reynaldo Jacaban, 44 years old, was found dead in Gitnang Bayan, San Mateo, Rizal. with numerous beatings when he was repeatedly hit by a car. Electrical wire was found around his neck causing his death.
The investigation pointed out to robbery as the main reason of the assault. Jacaban reportedly withdrew P300,000 to be used as salaries for the barangay officials. His relatives confirmed the missing money from the crime scene.
Police officials reviewed the CCTV of the store where Jacaban last visited and the footage showed the two suspects got off Jacaban's car, bought alcoholic beverages from the store then went back to the car.
The two suspects, one still a minor, were arrested and now facing charges of carnapping, robbery and murder.
