After being ousted as the Senate Justice Committee chair, Senator Leila De Lima now faces accusations of misdeed during her term as Justice secretary.
Here's a comprehensive list of her accusers:
1. Froilan Trestiza

Role: Leader (or "Bosyo") of Batang City Jail (BCJ) gang in NBP
Convicted For: Kidnapping
Allegations:
- paid payola amounting to over P100,000 from May to November 2011 to Religious Volunteer Org. pastor Danilo Martinez, who introduced himself as De Lima's consultant
- asked by Ragos to remit P100,000 weekly to Ablen so that they can meet the "quota"
- said De Lima would send her driver Jonel Sanchez and a certain "Makoy" to collect drug money in her place
Note:
- is now an inmate teacher and reformation staff at the penal farm in Zamboanga City
2. Hans Anton Tan

Role: Sigue-Sigue Commando member
Convicted For: Murder
Allegations:
- said Peter Co gave at least P5M to Jose Adrian Dera during the campaign period
- was introduced to Dera who is part of De Lima's personal security
3. Rafael Ragos

Role: NBI Director III; former Bureau of Corrections OIC-Director
Allegations:
- said he found money on his bed at his NBP quarters in November 2012 and December 2012
- later received a call to deliver the money to then-DOJ Sec. De Lima's house in ParaƱaque
4. Jovencio Ablen Jr.

Role: NBI intelligence agent, acted as Ragos' right-hand man and Rago's long-time friend
Allegations:
- was asked by Ragos to accompany him to deliver P5M to De Lima's house in ParaƱaque in November 2012 and another batch of money in December 2012
Notes:
- started his NBI career in 1991 and is currently assigned in Baguio
- Ragos accused him of pocketing P1M as supposed Christmas gift from a certain "Mang Kiko"
- claimed that he was threated by Ragos to either resign or be killed in January 2013
5. Noel Martinez

Role: Commander of Genuine Ilocano Group in NBP Part of Bilibid 19
Convicted For: Kidnapping
Allegations:
- claimed that he and other NBP gang leaders met with then SOJ Leila De Lima
- sold illegal drugs for JB Sebastian to generate funds for De Lima's bid in exchange for protection in the NBP (February 2013 to December 2014)
Note:
- had guns, drugs and entertainment appliances recovered from his room at the NBP
6. Jaime Patcho

Role: Commander of Batman Gang in NBP
Convicted For: Kidnapping
Allegation:
- sold 5kg of illegal drugs worth P4.35M for JB Sebastian to generate funding for De Lima's senatorial bid
7. Rodolfo Magleo

Role: Chairman of Kalasag Organization; former PHP chief inspector; former anti-narcotics cop
Convicted For: Kidnapping
Allegation:
- claimed that JB Sebastian was one of the the financiers of Senator De Lima's senatorial campaign
8. Herbert Colangco

Role: Part of Bilibid 19
Convicted For: Bank Robbery
Allegations:
- sold drugs for JB Sebastian and Jonel Sanchez to fund De Lima's senatorial campaign
- paid payola to De Lima (P3M monthly) & BuCor Director (P1.2M monthly)
Notes:
- had a concert, music videos and a music studio inside NBP; hailed as the Best New Male Recording Artist at the 2014 PMPC Star Awards
- identified by President Duterte as one of the top drug lords in the Philippines
9. Jojo Baligad

Role: Adviser of Batang City Jail gang in NBP
Convicted For: Murder
Allegations:
- remitted P100,000 weekly to Ragos, totalling to P3.8M, in exchange for special treatment in NBP
- claimed that the intended recipients of the P3.8M are: De Lima (P1.5M); Franklin Bucayu and Col. Elie (P1.7M); and Ragos (P600,000)
Notes:
- Baligad is a dismissed US Army serviceman
- had cash, shabu, a hot tub and a life-size sex doll confiscated from his NBP quarters
