President Rodrigo Duterte scored an impressove 86 percent in both approval and trust rating in the most recent Pulse Asia Survey.
The survey had 11 percent of respondents undecided on both approval and trust ratings while 3 percent said they disapproved of his performance and another ±3 percent had small to no trust.
The Pulse survey had a sample of 1,200 adult respondents nationwide and was conducted between September 26 and October 1, with a 3 percent error margin and a 95 percent confidence level.
Subnational estimates for geographic areas have a ±6 percent, according to Pulse Asia
As with the other surveys, Duterte got the highest score from Mindanao, his home region, where 93 percent of respondents gave their approval.
Visayas respondents gave 88 percent approval while Luzon gave 84 percent. National Capital Region provided 80 percent approval.
Across socio-economic classes, Class E respondents gave the highest approval score, with 88 percent; the president received 86 percent from Class D and 82 percent from Class ABC. Trust rating is at 88 percent from Class E and 85 percent from both Classes D and ABC.
The overall trust rating dipped a bit from 91 percent based on the July Pulse Asia survey.
