Thursday, during a conference Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte announced that whoever caught the suspect for the Roxas Night Market Bombing incident will receive P3 million instead of P2 million as promised.

An artist's sketch from the law enforcement has been released. Whilst, the prime suspect is wearing a mask, witnesses describe the physical structure.The suspect has a slim built, height is between 5'7 to 5'8 and around 30 years old.
"We are definite, based on the testimonies, based on the circumstances, na siya na 'yung suspect, siya na 'yung may dala ng bag dahil lahat nung descriptions, 'yung bag, 'yung mga pieces of evidence, fit na ito 'yung nagdala noong bag doon sa site," PNP Chief Superintendent Ben Magalong said.
But, Magalong also said some members of a extremist group are responsible but they will not go into specifics.
Abu Sayyaf earlier claimed responsibility for the blast.
