Amidst the war on drugs by President Rodrigo Duterte, there are still drug users who are unstoppable.
One is Alberto Salcedo David who repeatedly raped her five years old daughter, Mara.
Ellamae Allosada, is the mother of Mara. She is a domestic helper in Singapore and immediately flew home when she heard about her daughter's misfortune.
She is begging for help from Duterte's administration to give justice to her daughter's innocence.
