The laboratory used to produce 200-300 kilos of methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) amounting to PhP 1.5 billion before it was raided this September, according to Philippine National Police (PNP) Regional III Director Aaron Aquino.

“Now sabi ko na wala naman gawin, I am ordering the sequestration of this property. Chua can never get it back again,” Duterte said in his speech after inspecting the lab.
Also present in the mega shabu lab are PNP chief Ronald ‘Bato’ Dela Rosa and several Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) personnel.
