As far as “communication” goes, Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Martin Andanar concedes that President Rodrigo Duterte is way better than him.
Andanar made this admission before House of Representatives (HOR) members during the PCO’s presentation of its proposed 2017 national budget Tuesday afternoon.
“Well the President became the President using his own communications style, using his own communications tactics,” Andanar said as he was being interpellated by Albay 1st district Rep. Edcel Lagman.
“At the end of the day he’s our boss and his communication style is far superior than mine,” the Palace official said.
